• Payment terms are as follows:

50% at the time of booking, by bank transfer

50% by bank transfer credited at the latest one month before arrival or paid in cash on the day of arrival against keys.

This choice is to be clarified as soon as possible, at best when booking.

A non-cashed €500 deposit will be asked upon arrival in order to compensate for any eventual loss or degradation, and needless to say refunded after the inventory (cf. rental contract that will be addressed during the pre-booking).

• The booking process :

1. Indicate us per mail the periods you are interested in.
2. We will answer you straight after to confirm or reverse the period's availability and will join you the contract to be filled.
3. Once the deposit receipted and the rental contract returned, the period is blocked.
